Once you use up your monthly allotment, additional actions are billed at a small per-action rate ($0.008 on Business) rather than forcing an upgrade or cutting off access. You'll see usage transparently in your account, and you're never required to move to a higher tier just because you used more AI in a given month.

An AI action is any AI-driven task Rhythms performs on your behalf — from a single chat question to a full automated workflow. Rough guidelines: an AI chat question or an auto-update from an integration is about 1 action; summarizing goal progress is about 3; a Radar risk analysis is about 5; running a playbook (like a sprint check-in) is about 8; and generating a full business review is about 10. On Business, the included 500 actions/user/month typically cover 50+ playbook runs, 4 full business reviews, and 100+ Radar checks or chat questions for a typical user.
