Goals were only part of the problem.
Vetri Vellore founded Ally.io to help companies turn strategy into measurable goals, and Microsoft acquired it. Building at global scale taught us that creating the goal wasn’t the hard part. The hard part was everything afterward: keeping progress current, preparing reviews, and following through.
