Rhythms now works in Claude & ChatGPT

Rhythms

Most teams already have Claude or ChatGPT open all day. You draft there, brainstorm there, work through hard problems there. But when you need to check a goal, update a key result, or pull the latest status from your team, you switch tabs, dig through pages, and copy what you need back.

That switch is the thing we wanted to remove.

Starting today, Rhythms connects directly to Claude and ChatGPT. Your assistant can read and write to your workspace — goals, check-ins, documents, teams — using your existing permissions. No tab-switching. No copy-paste. Just ask.

What you can do

A few things to try once you're connected:

  • Get a read on the quarter. "What are my goals this quarter, and which are off track?"

  • Pull the latest from your team. "Summarize last week's status updates from Engineering."

  • Create work without leaving the chat. "Create a goal: ship the new onboarding flow by end of Q2."

  • Update from wherever you already are. "Update the API migration goal to at risk and add a check-in explaining why."

  • Prep a meeting in 30 seconds. "Draft an agenda for tomorrow's leadership review based on this quarter's OKRs."

These are day-one prompts. The more interesting use cases tend to show up over time — when your assistant has enough context to connect a stalled project back to the goal it's blocking, or to flag that two teams are quietly working on the same key result.

How it works

One connection, the same permissions you already have.

  • OAuth-based. No API keys are shared with the AI provider.

  • Per-user authentication. Your assistant only sees what you have permission to see in Rhythms.

  • Disconnect anytime from your connector settings.

Get started

Setup takes about two minutes. An admin adds the connector to your Claude or ChatGPT workspace once, and each user signs in with their Rhythms email.
